Description:
US Highway 290E (Manor Expressway) will be a 6.2 mile limited-access toll facility with three (3) lanes in each direction extending from US Highway 183 to Parmer Lane in Travis County. The project is under construction and it is expected to open to traffic on 2013.
Baez Consulting audited the assumptions and parameters including in the 'Investment Grade Study' developed by URS Corporation and recommended changes on: demographics, modeling speed on competing facilities, long-term traffic growth, traffic attracted to the proposed toll facility, truck characteristics, and ETC market share. Baez Consulting also prepared two toll revenue scenarios (most likely and private investors view) at the sketch level.
