President George Bush Turnpike Eastern Extension

President George Bush Turnpike Eastern Extension (PGBT EE) is part of the North Texas Tollway Authority System (NTTAS). The PGBT EE covers approximately ten miles, from State Highway 78 to Interstate 30. PGBT EE is scheduled to open on December 2011.
Baez Consulting was part of the team developing the PGBT EE investment grade traffic and toll revenue estimates; and part of the NTTA consulting team negotiating with TxDOT/RTC a revenue-financing agreement. Baez Consulting responsibilities included: travel demand validation, travel demand modeling, toll revenue estimation, due diligence and rating agency presentations. .
