President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) is part of the North Texas Tollway Authority System (NTTAS). The PGBT extends 30 miles from the junction with State Highway 78 in the City of Garland to Belt Line Rd just east of the DFW International Airport in the City of Irving.
Baez Consulting has supported forecasting traffic and toll revenue for the PGBT for several revenue bond issues such as the NTTA's Series 2010 ($400 million), Series 2009 ($1.5 billion), and Series 2008 ($3.0 billion). Baez Consulting responsibilities included: travel demand validation, travel demand modeling, toll revenue estimation, due diligence and rating agency presentations.
