Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge
Description:
The Lewisville Lake Toll Bridge (LLTB) is a 1.7-mile-long toll bridge providing an east-west connection across Lewisville Lake in Denton County. The bridge connects Interstate 35E at Swisher Rd to the Dallas North Tollway at Eldorado Parkway. The LLTB opened on August 1, 2009.
Baez Consulting has supported forecasting traffic and toll revenue for the LLTB for several revenue bond issues such as the NTTA's Series 2010 ($400 million), Series 2009 ($1.5 billion), and Series 2008 ($3.0 billion). Baez Consulting responsibilities included: travel demand validation, travel demand modeling, toll revenue estimation, due diligence and rating agency presentations.
