Dallas North Tollway
Description:
The Dallas North Tollway (DNT) is part of the North Texas Tollway Authority System. The DNT is a 32-mile, six-lane, limited access expressway passing through or along the cities of Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Addison, Farmers Branch, Plano and Frisco.
Baez Consulting has supported forecasting traffic and toll revenue for the DNT for several revenue bond issues such as the NTTA's Series 2010 ($400 million), Series 2009 ($1.5 billion), and Series 2008 ($3.0 billion). Baez Consulting responsibilities included: travel demand validation, travel demand modeling, toll revenue estimation, due diligence and rating agency presentations.
