Addison Airport Toll Tunnel
Description:
The Addison Airport Toll Tunnel (ATTT), is located in the City of Addison connecting Keller Springs Road. The AATT opened to traffic in February 1999 and extends approximately 3,700 feet from Midway Road to Addison Road under the Addison Airport runway.
Baez Consulting has supported forecasting traffic and toll revenue for the AATT for several revenue bond issues such as the NTTA's Series 2010 ($400 million), Series 2009 ($1.5 billion), and Series 2008 ($3.0 billion). Baez Consulting responsibilities included: travel demand validation, travel demand modeling, toll revenue estimation, due diligence and rating agency presentations.
